Online orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases. Purchases will have 10 days from the day the order is delivered to the shipping address to initiate a return or exchange (subject to availability). one. will gladly accept any merchandise in it's original condition with tags attached. Acceptable returns will receive a store credit that is stored in our computer system and is good for a year!
